研究经验和研究领域:

围绕本草基因组学研究体系,通过中药多组学揭示药用植物分子遗传学机制,系统搭建高复杂药用植物基因组解析平台,在中药活性成分合成及调控、中药合成生物学及药用植物分子育种等研究中取得一定进展。例如,以常用大宗中药材栀子为研究对象,解析栀子染色体水平基因组,揭示其药用活性成分西红花苷生物合成趋同进化机制,首次实现西红花苷类化合物的微生物细胞生产,通过分子辅助育种获得栀子优良新品种,建立“中药材遗传背景--品质形成--品种选育”研究新模式。以第一作者或通讯作者在国际权威杂志Mol PlantNew PhytolBMC BiolPlant JGenomics Proteomics Bioinformatics等发表论文。文章他引1092次(Google scholar),部分研究成果入选ESI高被引及杂志TOP5高被引。
